ODISSEI is seeking to fill two positions on its Management Board: a Scientific Member and the Chair.

The Management Board is responsible for the strategic direction, scientific development, and oversight of ODISSEI. Working closely with the Coordination Team and the Supervisory Board, the Board ensures ODISSEI continues to serve the Dutch social science community and stays at the forefront of research infrastructure development.

Chair of the Management Board

The Chair provides scientific and strategic leadership to ODISSEI and works closely with the Management Board, Supervisory Board, and ODISSEI Coordination Team to guide the continued development of the infrastructure. The Chair plays a leading role in shaping ODISSEI’s long-term strategy, strengthening its national and international position, and securing the resources necessary for its future development.

Scientific Member of the Management Board

The Scientific Member contributes to ODISSEI’s strategic and scientific development — helping shape infrastructure priorities, evaluating opportunities for innovation and collaboration, and supporting major funding applications. The role also carries an ambassadorial dimension, representing ODISSEI within the Dutch and international research community.
