Call for Proposals: Microdata Access Grant 2021

The 2021 round of the Microdata Access Grant (MAG) call opens today. The MAG offers financing of research projects using CBS microdata.

Researchers who receive the grant will be able to execute a CBS microdata project of up to  €7.500, which covers a project with two researchers, for a time of six months and with access to ca. ten datasets (see the CBS microdata catalogue). A total of six projects will be awarded.

Who can apply?

Every researcher affiliated with one of the ODISSEI member organisations can apply for the Microdata Access Grant.

When can you apply?

The application must be submitted no later than 30 April 2021, 23:59 CE(S)T. The project should start in the second half of 2021. ODISSEI aims to inform successful applicants by 30 June 2021.

CBS Microdata Information Event

Would you like more information on the possibilities of CBS microdata? On Tuesday 23 March, ODISSEI, in collaboration with CBS, organises an information event. This will also be the MAG kick-off, but the afternoon is certainly open to researchers who would like to hear more about working with CBS microdata, but who do not have plans to apply for a grant in this round. During this afternoon, applicants can learn more about conducting research with CBS microdata and about the application process. Researchers who have worked with CBS microdata will showcase their projects.
