ODISSEI wordt geleid door twee onafhankelijke organen: het Supervisory Board en het Management Board. De dagelijkse gang van zaken is in handen van het Coördinatieteam.
- Het Supervisory Board
Het Supervisory Board is het hoogste orgaan en bestaat uit zeven afgevaardigden van bij ODISSEI aangesloten organisaties. Het Supervisory Board vergadert ten minste één keer per jaar om het jaarplan en de begroting te bespreken en wordt ondersteund door het ODISSEI Coördinatieteam gevestigd op locatie van de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam. - Het Management Board
Daniel Oberski, hoogleraar Social and Health Data Science aan de Universiteit Utrecht, is benoemd door het Supervisory Board. Het Management Board vergadert ongeveer acht keer per jaar en is verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks bestuur van ODISSEI. - Het Coördinatieteam
Het Coördinatieteam (CT) draagt zorg voor de dagelijkse activiteiten van ODISSEI. Het team wordt benoemd door het Management Board en is gevestigd op locatie van de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, de penvoerder van ODISSEI.
